I've been collecting Photoshop tutorials for a while, and these are some of the best I've seen! If you don't have Photoshop, try out the GIMP. it's a free program that's very similar to Photoshop.
Again, if you don't have Photoshop, never fear!! I highly recommend the GIMP (click it to go to the homepage). It's absolutely free, and the tools in it are almost the same as Photoshop. If you need help learning how to use the GIMP, go to this website.
The website Monoface lets you combine various facial features together to create new faces! It's highly addicting and fun! There are 759,375 possible combinations, so be ready to get sucked in!

Make3D is a website that allows you to make your photos into 3D models! It's really neat. Though it's not perfect (nothing is), it's still neat to play around with. The site does require you to register to make your own, but to look at what other people have made doesn't require anything. But, everything's free!

I found this and was very impressed. Pixlr is a sort of online Photoshop tool that lets you creat graphics and edit photos all online! There's no downloads required (however you can download one of their little applications to open images directly into it), and it's completely free! Pixlr "brings you advanced online image and photo editing tools, just choose your flavor, jump in and start creating!"
I found this application from MyOats.com incredibly addicting and fun! Create gorgoues drawings and look at others in the gallery, then download your creations!

This is a site that I've gone to for years. It's called Drawball. It's "an enormous circle of potential art" that anyone can draw on! You get a limited amount of ink, but then when you spend time away from drawing you slowly get more.
Sometimes, when you zoom in enough, you can see great works of art, such as the Mona Lisa and some celebrities. In fact, some people join together and create large pieces over the whole ball! It's creativity at its finest!
With Voki you can do so many things! It is a character-making website where you can design your character, be it human, animal, anime, or a politician (they are their own breed...)!
I found this list pretty neat. Turns out there are many ways to get the songs you want, all legally! So if you can't afford your music but you want to stick to the high road, here's a great list.
I was looking for that THX sound effect (just for kicks) when I found this website called WaveEvents.com that hosts free WAV sounds! They've got the Spiderman theme song, random people saying commands like, "Computer: Status report" and "How about a nice game of chess?" It's really fun to play around with, and if you have a video project or something to do these would be pretty fun to play around with. Not to mention some fun ringtones!
